We are very proud of our product quality. However, if for any reason, you are not happy with the quality of your online purchase, we will happily accept full-priced items purchased from www.sundayserendipity.com for a full refund. All products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. All full price purchases from our online store must be returned within 10 days of purchase date.

All sale items are final sale only and are unable to be accepted for credit, refund or exchange.

All refunds are processed in the original currency of the order to the original method of payment, excluding any shipping costs or additional charges, including customs, duties or sales taxes. Any conversion loss will not be covered within the refund process.

Sunday Serendipity reserves the right to deny a return if the swing tags have been cut off or reattached in any way. If the returned items are used, soiled, damaged, have any form of perfumes/ scents on the fabric or have hair on the garment, your refund will not be approved. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not accepted for a refund.

We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.

We endeavour to process refunds as soon as the item/s have been received. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once finalised. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card statement, this varies depending on your payment provider.

We are deeply sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. If you have received an item that is damaged or possibly faulty, please contact customer service at wearesundayserendipity@gmail.com immediately (within 2 days of receiving the item/s).

Please note, this excludes fair wear and tear. As a fashion brand on the sustainable path we are working with natural materials to leave less of an ecological footprint on this earth.
